Implant Dentist โ€“ Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Position Summary:
A high-producing, implant-focused dental practice in Pittsburgh is seeking an experienced Implant Dentist to join its growing clinical team. This opportunity is ideal for a provider with strong experience in implant placement and full-arch / All-on-X procedures who is looking for a financially rewarding role in a streamlined, patient-centered environment. The practice offers strong clinical support, a largely fee-for-service patient base, and the ability to focus on advanced surgical dentistry within a collaborative setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
  • $250,000 base salary plus 20% of collections.
  • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage.

  • $5,000 annual Continuing Education allowance.

Schedule:
  • Monday โ€“ Friday | 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM.
Practice Overview:
  • Established practice with a primary focus on implant placement and All-on-X full-arch rehabilitation.
  • Largely Fee-For-Service with limited participation in select high-tier insurance networks.
  • Modern clinical environment designed to support surgical efficiency and patient experience.
  • Consistent patient demand and marketing infrastructure supporting strong case acceptance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and treatment plan patients requiring implant placement and full-arch restorative solutions.
  • Perform surgical implant placement and All-on-X procedures.
  • Collaborate with restorative providers and clinical team to deliver comprehensive care.
  • Utilize diagnostic imaging and digital workflows to support treatment planning and execution.
  • Educate patients on treatment options, surgical expectations, and post-operative care.
  • Maintain high clinical standards, patient satisfaction, and efficient surgical scheduling.
Qualifications:
  • DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
  • Active or eligible Pennsylvania dental license.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in implant placement and full-arch rehabilitation procedures.
  • Strong communication skills and patient-focused clinical approach.
  • Ability to perform effectively in a high-production surgical environment.
