Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced radiology technologist to operative our OEC 9900 C-ARM in the operating room. Qualified candidate with cover all xray cases for pain management and urology procedures, perform monthly QA on equipment and assist with other duties across center as needed.

Radiology Technologist Responsibilities:

  • Running C-ARM intraoperatively during surgical procedures.

  • Performs radiographic procedures.

  • May be assigned radiation safety officers and/ or life skills officer duties as well.

  • Inventory, receive, and restock materials used for radiological services.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Radiology Technologist Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent.

  • Completion of an accredited radiology program.

  • ARRT (The American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) as required by state.

  • Successful completion of BLS – CPR Course within 90 days of employment required or documentation of current certification.

Radiology Technologist/ Radiographer Preferred:

  • Certification in radiation technology is preferred.
