Outpatient/Clinic Plastic Surgery Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)

Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
Practice Type: Private Plastic Surgery Practice

Position Overview

An established private plastic surgery practice in Fort Lauderdale is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an APP interested in working closely with a plastic surgeon in a predominantly office-based role.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have an interest in aesthetic medicine. While previous aesthetics experience is a plus, it is not required .

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive pre-operative patient evaluations
  • Educate patients and develop individualized surgical treatment plans alongside lead surgeon
  • Provide post-operative follow-up care and monitor patient recovery
  • Coordinate patient care throughout the surgical process
  • Collaborate closely with the surgeon to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Assist with office procedures as needed
  • Opportunity to expand responsibilities into the operating room and hospital over time
  • Interest in aesthetics, including cosmetic procedures, is welcomed but not required
Compensation & Benefits
  • Base Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually
