What You'll Do

  • Assist the oral surgeon during a variety of oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures.
  • Prepare treatment rooms, surgical instruments, and equipment for each procedure.
  • Take digital X-rays and assist with clinical documentation.
  • Record patient medical histories and vital signs accurately.
  • Educate patients on pre-operative and post-operative instructions.
  • Maintain OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.
  • Ensure operatories remain organized, stocked, and surgery-ready.
  • Deliver compassionate chairside assistance while helping create an exceptional patient experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous oral surgery assisting experience is required.
  • Current X-ray certification required.
  • Current CPR certification required.
  • Strong knowledge of oral surgery procedures and instrumentation.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
