CNC Programmer / Machinist Requirements:

  • 1 + Years of CNC Setup/Programming with either Lathes or Okuma LU4000-EX required
  • Experience Creating/Editing CNC programs / Reverse Engineer Parts into Programs required
  • Ability to read Hydraulic, Electrical, or Mechanical Schematics/Drawings
  • Hydraulic Repair, Pump Rebuild, Fluid Power, Industrial, Construction, AG, or Mechanical Repair/Rebuild experience preferred

CNC Programmer / Machinist Responsibilities:

  • This role involves machining, programming, repairing, and rebuilding hydraulic pumps, cylinders, motors, and custom hydraulic assemblies in a hydraulic repair and manufacturing facility
  • Responsibilities include setting up and operating CNC lathes and shop equipment to machine hydraulic parts used in industrial, agricultural, construction, and heavy equipment applications
  • Additional duties include editing CNC programs, reading blueprints and hydraulic schematics, checking measurements, inspecting finished parts, troubleshooting machining and hydraulic issues, replacing worn components, adjusting tooling and offsets, and performing basic machine maintenance
  • Work may involve machining shafts, rods, housings, sleeves, fittings, valves, and other hydraulic and industrial components, as well as rebuilding and repairing hydraulic equipment and systems
