Surf Management involves overseeing the operations of surf resorts or schools, focusing on business and staff coordination. In contrast, a Surf Instructor directly teaches surfing skills to clients. Both roles require surf-related certifications, but Surf Management emphasizes leadership and organizational skills, while Surf Instructors focus on teaching and safety.
