Tax Manager
Top regional accounting firm in Orange County is seeking a Tax Manager.
As a member of the tax team, the Tax Manager will work with a diverse client base and the primary responsibilities include:
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, business, estates, trusts and researches unusual tax matters
  • Assist business partners with other financial aspects of business, taxes, financial, strategy, etc.
  • Manage, develop and mentor staff on projects and assess performance through periodic performance evaluations and informal feedback
  • Identify and communicate creative ideas to improve client service, and entrepreneurial spirit to expand services with clients

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
  • Valid California CPA license in good standing

  • Demonstrated skills necessary to ensure high quality client service
