This full-time position is perfect for licensed professionals in Michigan who are passionate about making mental health services accessible to those in need, particularly those who face barriers to receiving traditional in-person therapy. Our model emphasizes flexibility, allowing you to balance your professional and personal life while contributing significantly to community wellness.

About the Organization

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we pride ourselves on being a global leader in teletherapy, offering a comprehensive platform designed to bridge the gap in mental healthcare access. Our commitment to improving mental health services is rooted in the recognition that many individuals require support but find it challenging to attend in-person sessions. By utilizing cutting-edge technology and evidence-based practices, we provide a supportive environment where clinicians can excel in their roles and patients can thrive.

Work Environment

This position is entirely remote, allowing you the freedom to work from anywhere in Michigan. Our teletherapy clinic operates in a digital setting that prioritizes clinician and patient confidentiality. You will enjoy minimal bureaucracy with streamlined administrative processes, as our system takes care of the majority of paperwork. This remote arrangement supports work-life balance—essential in today’s fast-paced world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Flexible Scheduling: You will have the autonomy to design your own schedule, accommodating your lifestyle while ensuring you meet professional responsibilities. Choose to work as little as 5 hours or up to 40+ hours per week.
  • Client Management: Provide comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and effectively manage your caseload using our cutting-edge electronic health records system.
  • Facilitation of Therapy Sessions: Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing tools, ensuring a warm, professional, and therapeutic environment for your clients.
  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in outreach programs to educate the community about mental health resources and the importance of seeking therapy.
  • Documentation: Complete necessary documentation promptly after each session, allowing you to focus on client interactions while maintaining compliance with our platform's requirements.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with individuals seeking support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our client base is screened to ensure stability and low acuity, creating a safer environment for both therapists and patients. Emphasis is placed on building therapeutic alliances grounded in trust and respect.

Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Michigan.
  • No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
  • Ability to maintain a dedicated, private workspace in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and administrative staff.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience successfully managing your own caseload independently.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital tools for therapy.
  • Dual or multi-state certification to broaden your client demographic is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits

Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists can expect to earn between USD 90,000 - 104,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on caseload management. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:

  • A generous sign-on bonus for new hires who see their first client within two weeks of onboarding.
  • Access to a library featuring thousands of therapy tools and resources.
  • A patient self-pay structure eliminating the requirement for complex funding source reporting.
  • Minimal paperwork compared to traditional models, allowing more time for client engagement.
  • On-platform counseling services offered free to employees.
  • Referral bonuses for bringing new clients into our practice.

At Gotham Enterprises Ltd, we recognize and support professional development. Our commitment to the ongoing education and growth of our staff includes access to continuous training in best practices, emerging therapy techniques, and the latest digital health trends.
