• Flexible Scheduling: You will have the autonomy to design your own schedule, accommodating your lifestyle while ensuring you meet professional responsibilities. Choose to work as little as 5 hours or up to 40+ hours per week.
• Client Management: Provide comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and effectively manage your caseload using our cutting-edge electronic health records system.
• Facilitation of Therapy Sessions: Conduct virtual therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing tools, ensuring a warm, professional, and therapeutic environment for your clients.
• Community Engagement: Actively participate in outreach programs to educate the community about mental health resources and the importance of seeking therapy.
• Documentation: Complete necessary documentation promptly after each session, allowing you to focus on client interactions while maintaining compliance with our platform's requirements.

You will work primarily with individuals seeking support for a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Our client base is screened to ensure stability and low acuity, creating a safer environment for both therapists and patients. Emphasis is placed on building therapeutic alliances grounded in trust and respect.

• Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Michigan.
• No disciplinary actions on your professional license.
• Ability to maintain a dedicated, private workspace in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and administrative staff.

• Experience successfully managing your own caseload independently.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital tools for therapy.
• Dual or multi-state certification to broaden your client demographic is a plus.

Full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists can expect to earn between USD 90,000 - 104,000 annually, with opportunities for bonuses based on caseload management. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
