Job Summary
The Personal Support Worker is a member of the home care team who works under the supervision of the Care Coordinator and performs various personal care services as necessary to meet the client’s needs. 
Responsibilities 
  • Assistance with personal care and hygiene
  • Meal Preparation

  • Accompany clients on outings
  • Shopping and errands
  • Medication Assist/ Reminders
  • Ambulation and transporting of clients

Qualifications
  • Personal Support Worker Certificate or equivalent (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
  • Current CPR/First Aid training or willingness to obtain
