Audiologist – New Territory Expansion

Join an established, patient-centered Audiology practice that is expanding into a new territory and opening multiple new locations. With a strong foundation built over decades of high-quality care, our clinic is seeking motivated Audiologists who are excited to help grow services in an emerging market while delivering exceptional patient outcomes. We believe outstanding hearing care begins with listening—to patients, families, and communities. Our approach focuses on building long-term relationships and improving quality of life through personalized, evidence-based treatment. We are seeking driven, compassionate Audiologists to join our growing team. This is primarily an adult-focused practice. New graduates are welcome to apply, and experienced clinicians are especially encouraged.

Why Join Our Practice?

  • Established, privately owned clinic with strong leadership
  • Expanding into a new and growing territory
  • Opportunity to help shape new locations from the ground up
  • Independence in clinical practice with collaborative support
  • Commitment to continuing education and best practices
  • Potential partnership opportunities for interested candidates

About the Opportunity

This role offers the chance to make a meaningful impact in a developing market while enjoying professional autonomy and strong organizational support. You will work closely with a dedicated team to provide comprehensive hearing healthcare to adult patients in a community-focused environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform comprehensive adult hearing evaluations
  • Conduct tympanometry and diagnostic testing
  • Provide patient education and communication counseling
  • Take earmold impressions
  • Fit, program, and adjust hearing aids
  • Utilize Real Ear Measurement (REM) best practices
  • Manage follow-up care and long-term patient relationships
  • Communicate with referring providers
  • Maintain clear and thorough documentation
  • Participate in community outreach and education events

Expectations

  • Deliver individualized, compassionate patient care
  • Communicate clearly and professionally
  • Develop and explain treatment plans with confidence and empathy
  • Advocate for appropriate technology and solutions
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Adhere to HIPAA standards and company policies
  • Represent the practice positively in the community

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary with commission opportunities
  • Paid time off and holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • Retirement plan options
  • Support for licensure and professional development

Requirements

  • Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.)
  • Active dispensing license or eligibility for licensure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented mindset
  • Experience in private practice preferred, but not required
  • Organized, adaptable, and solutions-focused

If you are interested in building something new while working with an established, respected practice—and are open to long-term growth and potential partnership—we encourage you to apply.
