Job description

Join our growing team as a Sales Support Agent!Job Summary:

As a Sales Support Agent, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales processes. The Sales Support Agent provides clerical and organizational support to the Inside Sales Team and Door to Door Team- Both inbound and outbound calls. As a Sales Support Agent, you will assist in orders, maintain the customer database within our CRM, and maintain tasks and projects for the sales department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the inside sales team and Door to Door sales team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
  • Process sales orders.
  • Monitor and maintain a ticket-based CRM system.
  • Assist the Inside Sales Department to run smoothly and effectively via CRM, Microsoft Teams, and email.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of sales activities.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma/GED
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM systems.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Working Conditions:

  • Must be able to sit at a desk for extended periods, working at a computer up to 8 hours per day.
  • Ability to wear a headset or other communications device as required in a call center environment.
  • Ability to physically operate personal computers, copy machines, telephones, and other common office machines and equipment.
