Job Title: Manager, Supply Planning
Reports To: Sr. Director, Supply Chain

Business Unit Description: Supply Chain
Job Title/High-Level Position Summary: As the Supply Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our supply planning processes. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including finance, manufacturing, marketing, and operations to develop and implement strategies that optimize inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and maximize customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain 12-month supply plans, aligned to the global net requirements.
  • Lead the Supply planning portion of S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) to align demand forecasts with production, procurement, and inventory management plans.
  • Analyze production plans and identify potential risks and opportunities to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate schedule adherence - collaborate with manufacturing teams to conduct root cause analyses on plan misses and establish countermeasures.
  • Work closely with manufacturing and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and available capacity.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration across departments.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of supply planning processes.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on supply planning performance, key metrics, and actionable recommendations.
    • Currently, Enovis does not provide sponsorship for employment visas (e.g., H-1B) and will not offer such sponsorship in the future. Applicants must already have full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • 5 years of experience in supply planning, manufacturing, or supply chain management in a regulated environment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing supply planning strategies and processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in supply chain planning software and ERP systems; experience with Kinaxis, Oracle, SAP, Anaplan or similar platforms preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional teams in multiple regions/geographies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel required, estimated at 10%
