Key job responsibilities
- Lead both tactical and strategic initiatives related to Inbound execution within Amazon's various business units.
- Concentrate on optimizing and managing the flow of goods, information, or services within the supply chain network.
- Balance supply and demand, assess and improve the efficiency of distribution networks, warehouses, or logistics operations.
- Analyze and synthesize data to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experiences and operational efficiency in Inbound execution.
- Define metrics, develop program management mechanisms, and invent/simplify processes to drive decision-making in complex Inbound execution situations.

A day in the life
The First Mile- Short Term Capacity and Execution (FM-SCE) team is a part of AMXL Supply Chain

We own AMXL fulfillment center's (FC) short term capacity (physical), fullness relief and Inbound execution across USA and Canada (CA). You will manage USA and CA Fulfillment Center's Inbound execution and provide relief solutions to execute Inbound operations seamlessly. The Supply Chain Manager will collaborate cross functionally with Operations, ACES, Production Planning Team (PPT), Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), Reverse Logistics, Analytics and influence Senior Leadership on relief solutions.

The NA AMXL Supply Chain Science and Engineering team (SSE) plays the leading role in the growth and profitability of our network. We are responsible for calibrating our capacity to expected demand, overseeing the health of our end-to-end supply chain, and making structural changes to our network. Over the last five years, AMXL has become arguably the best Heavy Bulky fulfillment and delivery provider in the world with in terms of Delivery Estimate Accuracy, costs, and fewer customer contacts.

Our NA network is currently supporting over $9B in gross merchandise sales (GMS), with expectations of double-digit % growth over the next three years.
