This role is ideal for candidates with a strong technical or analytical background - such as experience with APIs, data integration, Postman, or system architecture - who are excited to apply their skills to supply chain technology consulting.
As part of Veridian's consulting team, you will work with clients to design, configure, and implement Manhattan Associates' solutions. Essential Functions
  • Analyze client business processes and requirements to design system solutions
  • Configure Manhattan supply chain applications to meet client needs
  • Work with APIs and API tools (e.g., Postman) to design, test, and troubleshoot integrations
  • Use project management and issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) to document requirements, test cases, and defects
  • Author functional and technical documentation such as configuration notes, design specifications, and test scripts
  • Execute test plans to ensure solutions are defect-free and meet business requirements
  • Support system go-lives, including training end users and providing troubleshooting assistance
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants and project teams to ensure successful client outcomes
Required Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong interest in consulting, supply chain systems, and enterprise technology
  • Familiarity with APIs, Postman, or other integration/testing tools
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage tasks and deadlines with attention to detail
Preferred Education and Experience
  • Exposure to enterprise systems, ERP, or supply chain applications (academic or professional)
  • Basic SQL skills or experience with relational databases
  • Experience with workflow diagrams, process mapping, or system integration concepts
  • Prior internship, co-op, or project work involving technology solutions or consulting
Location
Remote; candidates may reside anywhere in the contiguous United States.
Travel
Travel for this role will vary by project. Historically, our consultants travel approximately 30-40%, though it may range anywhere from 0-100%.
