Your Mission:

The Manager, Global Supply Chain Finance is responsible for financial analysis, planning, and strategic decision support across global supply chain, with a focus on global procurement. This role drives supply chain profitability through product margin by integrating product pricing, product cost optimization, and hedging impacts.

This position serves as a key business partner to the Global Procurement team, translating complex financial and operational data into actionable insights. The Manager is accountable for scaling financial processes, establishing analytical frameworks, and leading a team to support profitability improvement, cost optimization, and global supply chain strategy.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Lead the product level budgeting and forecasting processes for Global Supply Chain including food cost projections for Global Retail.

  • Deliver financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership to inform strategic decisions.

  • Identify and lead initiatives to reduce supply chain costs through sourcing improvements, logistics optimization, and operational efficiencies.

  • Design and implement financial models and product-level profitability analysis, incorporating key variables in support of pricing strategies and ensuring alignment with profitability objectives.

  • Partner with the head of Global Procurement to establish pricing governance and approval processes.

  • Serve as strategic finance partner to the Global Procurement Team, assisting in key initiatives including but not limited to vendor RFPs and 3rd party distributor contracting.

  • Track hedging activity, ensuring financial impacts are appropriately captured in product pricing and documentation is maintained to support accounting treatment.

  • Maintain support for cheese pricing (CPA), ensuring adequate product margin while also minimizing price volatility and delivering the lowest cost possible to the restaurants.

  • Drive continuous improvement in financial processes by enhancing dashboards and financial models as well as partnering with IT to improve reporting capabilities and automation.

  • Lead, coach, and develop financial analysts, ensuring high-quality deliverables, setting performance expectations, and managing development plans.

  • Lead andparticipatein crossfunctional meetings with Procurement, Operations, IT, and other business partners,representingFinance and providing analytical support and financial guidance

  • Act as a subject matter expert in financial and operational data systems supporting supply chain and financial analysis.

  • Support internal audit and compliance on global supply chain financial andoperationprocesses.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Economics, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related quantitative field; MBA preferred.

  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience infinancial planning & analysis;supply chainfinance, pricing strategy,orrevenue managementpreferred.

  • Minimum of5yearsofexperience ina formal management position responsible forhiring, developing,challengingand motivating staff members toa high levelof performance and integrity.

  • Experience supporting global sourcing or international supply chains is highly desirable.

  • Strongfinancial acumen with a demonstratedtrack recordof data-driven decision making and cross-functional influence

  • Demonstrated analytical skills withexpertisein financial modeling, analysis, and ERP systems; advanced Excelproficiency.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts effectively with cross-functional business partners andleadership.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and driving results.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience within foodservice supply chain or distribution

  • Experience with financial reporting tools likeSmartview,Hyperion, Adaptive, or similar

  • Knowledge of Oracle, ManhattanWarehouse Management, AS400, or other similarenterprise systems

  • Experience withdevelopingdata visualizationsand reporting withinBI platforms such asPowerBI,Databricks,Tableau, Alteryx, or othersimilarapplication.
