This is an internship position (Non-Exempt Salary); the hourly range is stated below. The rate offered within this range will be based upon the geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level. Hourly Rate: $22 - $24/hr.

OVERVIEW For the Supply Chain Leadership Intern, we are searching for someone who is interested in warehouse inventory control, people leadership, and has a passion for process improvement. The Supply Chain Leadership Intern would be involved with daily receipts of material, ensuring material is brought to the manufacturing floor to meet customer needs, and overseeing product shipment. The intern will also assist with daily procurement, inventory, and material management.

This role will also support the execution of daily receipts, outbound shipments, inventory control, and material deployment based on customer needs. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee day-to-day administrative activities, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Serve as a point of contact for escalated inquiries and issues, resolving them in a timely manner.

Participate in internal and external audit activities. Lead teams with a focus on development, evaluating potential, driving succession planning, and ensuring employees receive the necessary coaching to reach their full potential. Help identify challenges in current processes and drive process improvements using LEAN principles.

Identify cost-saving and lead time reduction opportunities. Drive productivity, efficiency, and inventory accuracy by managing warehouse metric goals. Assure that product and process quality is compliant with internal, industry, and customer quality standards.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Student working toward a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field for the entire duration of the internship. Knowledge of lean and six sigma concepts. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Junior level status.

GPA of 3.0 or higher is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills
