Job description

Position SummaryThree Square Market (32M), a Seaga company, is seeking a highly motivated Supply Chain Manager. The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for leading inventory planning, procurement, demand planning, and supply chain operations for the 32M business while partnering with Seaga leadership to develop standardized supply chain processes, Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP), and cross-company operational synergies. This role will serve as a key contributor in integrating supply chain strategies across the Seaga portfolio to improve service levels, inventory performance, forecasting accuracy, and overall operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesSource and procure materials, components, equipment, and services to meet production and operational requirements.Create, issue, and manage purchase orders in the company's ERP/MRP system.Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with planning, production, and warehouse teams to maintain appropriate stock levels.Lead inventory cycle count and reconciliation initiatives.Evaluate supplier pricing, quality, delivery performance, and overall reliability.Develop demand forecasts using historical sales, customer forecasts, sales forecasts, and Market trends.Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships while identifying new sourcing opportunities.Analyze purchasing trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance, and Sales to support new product introductions and ongoing operations.Develop executive level supply chain, KPIs and reporting.Lead synergies and implement supply chain improvements with other Seaga locations, including common suppliers, volume opportunities, inventory strategies, warehouse efficiencies.Maintain accurate ERP planning parameters, reorder points, lead times, safety stock levels.Identify supply chain risks, contingency plans, tariff risk management.Perform other duties as assigned.QualificationsAssociate or bachelorโ€™s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.Equivalent combination of education and relevant purchasing experience may be considered.5+ Years of purchasing, supply chain, procurement, or planning experience in a manufacturing environment.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.Experience working with domestic and international suppliers.Experience using ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite experience preferred).Excellent organizational and time management skills.Understanding of purchasing principles, inventory management, and supply chain processes.Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Advanced Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.Physical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.Occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.Ability to visit manufacturing and warehouse areas as needed.Ability to travel occasionally to supplier locations or industry events, if required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
