Job description

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Procurement Manager to lead and transform a critical function within a growing industrial manufacturing business. This is an opportunity to take ownership of sourcing, inventory strategy, logistics, warehousing, and supplier performance across a multi-site operation while partnering closely with executive leadership to improve reliability, efficiency, and overall business performance.

Success in this role requires more than purchasing expertise. We're seeking a leader who understands how materials, suppliers, inventory, and planning decisions impact plant uptime, maintenance effectiveness, customer delivery, and profitability. You'll be empowered to strengthen processes, build accountability, and create lasting improvements in a lean, hands-on environment.

What We're Looking For

  • 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, materials management, or related disciplines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience within manufacturing, chemical, industrial, process, or other asset-intensive environments
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven success in supplier negotiations and contract management
  • Experience supporting maintenance and operational reliability through effective inventory and materials strategies
  • Strong understanding of ERP-driven procurement and inventory management processes
  • Track record of improving processes, driving cost savings, and enhancing supply chain performance
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Experience developing and mentoring teams in a fast-paced operational environment
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • Lead a highly visible function with direct influence on operational performance and business results
  • Partner closely with executive leadership and play a key role in shaping future growth initiatives
  • Own supply chain strategy across multiple manufacturing sites
  • Drive meaningful improvements in inventory reliability, supplier performance, logistics, and cost management
  • Join an organization investing in operational excellence, process improvement, and long-term growth
  • Make an immediate impact in a business where your ideas, leadership, and execution will be highly visible
  • Enjoy the autonomy to build structure, strengthen processes, and create sustainable change

Travel: Approximately 25% travel supporting multiple sites, supplier relationships, and operational initiatives
