As a S4 Supply Chain Planning Analyst here at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a vital role in leveraging data analytics to enhance S4 planning processes. You will analyze supply chain data to provide actionable insights that improve planning accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and support decision-making across the supply chain network.
In this role, your work will provide insights to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction by ensuring the right products are available at the right time through data-driven supply planning strategies.
As a S4 Supply Chain Planning Analyst here at Honeywell Technologies, you will play a vital role in leveraging data analytics to enhance S4 planning processes. You will analyze supply chain data to provide actionable insights that improve planning accuracy, optimize inventory levels, and support decision-making across the supply chain network.
This role is focused on transforming SAP S/4HANA planning data into actionable business insights through SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), SAP Fiori Reporting, Embedded Analytics, CDS Views, and advanced visualization tools.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain SAP S/4HANA reporting solutions supporting supply planning, inventory management, material availability, and planning execution.
  • Design, build, and enhance S/4 reporting dashboards, KPI scorecards, and analytical reports used by planning, operations, and leadership teams.
  • Develop S4 based reporting to support supply planning and execution.

  • Develop and maintain analytics dashboards and reports to support supply planning decision-making.

  • Analyze supply planning data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to align supply planning analytics with business objectives.

  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and techniques to optimize supply planning processes.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and process enhancements.

  • Support roadmap for AI initiatives and implementation

  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with data quality issues that could lead to MRP failures or supply chain disruptions.

  • Provide ongoing support and training to stakeholders on analytics practices and tools.

  • Monitor and report on data quality metrics, implementing corrective actions as necessary.

Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
  • 4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or supply planning analytics.

  • 2+ years of experience with S/4 HANA.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

  • Proven experience in supply chain processes.

  • Strong understanding of MRP systems and data management principles.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.

  • Knowledge of supply planning processes and inventory management principles.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.

  • Supply Chain Certifications such as CSCP / CPIM / CPSM / Lean Six Sigma.

  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.

  • Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques including predictive modeling and machine learning.
