Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description:
Seeking a Supply Chain Analyst for a 6-month contract to support tactical supply chain operations. This role will focus on onboarding vendors and converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing. Preference will be given to candidates with experience using OpenInvoice and working with Pricebooks.
Responsibilities:
  • Onboard new vendors, ensuring required information and documentation is collected and processed accurately
  • Convert purchase requisitions (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) in a timely manner
  • Maintain and apply Pricebooks as part of the purchasing process
  • Utilize OpenInvoice to support purchasing and invoicing workflows
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues related to PR/PO processing and vendor setup
  • Track and manage transactional supply chain activities to support day-to-day operational needs

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience onboarding vendors
  • Experience converting purchase requisitions to purchase orders
  • Experience in a tactical, transactional supply chain role
  • Preferred: Experience with OpenInvoice
  • Preferred: Experience working with Pricebooks
  • Supply chain management (SCM) analyst experience
