We are looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Operations Manager to join our team. This is a Hybrid (in office minimum 3 days per week) role, reporting to the Senior Director, ZTE Supply Chain and Logistics in the Cloud Ops Team department. In this role, you will join our fast-paced, dynamic global data center team to drive supplier selection and relationship management across key categories-including integrators, VARs, and OEMs-while maintaining rigorous inventory oversight across global supplier and data center locations.

What you'll do (Role Expectations)

  • Drive global supplier relationship management to ensure operational excellence and strategic partnership health
  • Lead sourcing initiatives across critical categories including integrators, VARs, and OEMs
