Job description

  • Define and lead the operating framework for effective execution across the global supply chain organization
  • Own Supply Chain operational governance, business processes, analytics, performance management, and data integrity
  • Serve as primary liaison between Supply Chain and Supply Chain Transformation
  • Support deployment and adoption of new processes, systems, and tools with Transformation and IT teams
  • Drive change management, user adoption, training, and operational readiness
  • Establish governance for consistent use of systems, tools, and standard operating procedures
  • Own data governance, master data quality, data stewardship, and data integrity
  • Develop executive reporting, analytics, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and business intelligence capabilities
  • Identify process gaps and continuous improvement opportunities
  • Establish standardized global processes across planning, procurement, manufacturing, inventory management, logistics, and supplier operations
  • Own the Supply Chain operating model, governance structure, decision-making framework, and operating cadence
  • Develop predictive analytics for planning, risk management, and forecasting
  • Translate leadership priorities into measurable execution plans
  • Monitor performance, execution risks, capability gaps, and improvement opportunities
  • Support annual operating planning, objective setting, and long-range strategic planning
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives and resolve escalated issues
  • Prepare executive business reviews, strategic updates, and performance assessments
  • Build and lead a high-performing team focused on systems, analytics, reporting, process excellence, and business operations
  • Coach and develop employees while fostering accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Business Operations, Process Excellence, Analytics, or related leadership roles
  • Experience leading global process improvement, systems transformation, or operational excellence initiatives
  • Strong understanding of supply chain operations, planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and related business processes
  • Demonstrated experience owning systems, analytics, governance frameworks, business process management, and operational improvement initiatives
  • Proven success influencing executive stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment
  • Experience leading teams and developing organizational capabilities
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience developing and presenting business performance reviews, strategic recommendations, and executive communications to senior leadership
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment, without employer sponsorship
  • Preferred: MBA or related advanced degree
  • Preferred: Experience with ERP, planning, procurement, inventory, manufacturing, and reporting platforms
  • Preferred: APICS, Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or equivalent certifications
  • Preferred: Experience within manufacturing, industrial technology, energy storage, renewable energy, or capital equipment industries
