Job Description

For this role, we’re seeking a Senior Leader who will provide an enterprise mindset to our growing organization to drive operational improvements within our manufacturing environments, supply chain and logistics. This will include developing our strategy for master data, with a focus on developing commercial insights from data, supporting growth & margin enhancement.

This will be laid within a foundation of a global ERP program which is underway to harmonize our operations around best practice and deliver measurable business outcomes for our stakeholders.

The role will be based in our new HQ location in Simpsonville, SC reporting directly into our CFO for Flex Tek.

Role Purpose

This role is accountable for the end‑to‑end integrity, performance, and sustainability of supply chain (Procure to Pay) and operational (Plan-to-Produce) business processes, ensuring a strong foundation in data driven insights to deliver measurable business outcomes, embedded controls, and long‑term enterprise value.

Through site-level coordination, the BPO owns business process decisions, data and outcomes.

Business Outcomes

  • Deliver operational consistency around best practice including management of inventory
  • Detect and unlock Group-wide synergies within our Operations, Supply Chain and logistics
  • Develop data, reporting and KPI’s that will allow for improved decision making
  • Guardian of enterprise-wide standards and controls

Building a strong foundation around a single ERP:

  • Resolves cross‑functional and site‑specific conflicts impacting process design, controls, data, or operations
  • ERP data is trusted and used for decision making
  • Approves ERP process design, configuration intent, and standards
  • Ensure controls are embedded in ERP design not manual workarounds
