As the organization continues to grow, they are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee and enhance all aspects of the supply chain function, including procurement, inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, vendor management, and ERP process development.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on supply chain leader who thrives in a manufacturing environment and enjoys building efficient, scalable operations. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, strengthen supplier relationships, optimize material flow, and support strategic business objectives while driving measurable improvements in operational performance and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for the strategic and day-to-day management of procurement, inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics, supplier relationships, and material planning. This individual will ensure materials are available to support production requirements while improving systems, reducing inefficiencies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives throughout the supply chain function.

Key Responsibilities

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Lead sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationship management activities.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with vendors.
  • Develop strategic sourcing initiatives to improve quality, service, and cost performance.
  • Monitor supplier performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Oversee inventory accuracy and warehouse performance.
  • Develop and maintain inventory control procedures and cycle count programs.
  • Implement best practices for material handling, storage, and inventory optimization.
  • Ensure materials are available to support production schedules while minimizing excess inventory.

Material Planning & Logistics

  • Manage material planning processes to prevent shortages and production disruptions.
  • Coordinate transportation, freight, and logistics activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and forecast material requirements.
  • Partner with production and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

Systems & Process Improvement

  • Lead ERP system enhancements and process improvement initiatives.
  • Support material tracking improvements through barcode, QR code, or similar technologies.
  • Develop and maintain supply chain KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, inventory turnover, and purchasing effectiveness.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Provide leadership and direction to purchasing, warehouse, and inventory personnel.
