About the Role: Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to manage, optimize, and oversee daily supply chain and logistics operations. In this role, you will act as a vital link between cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, ensuring smooth end-to-end supply chain performance, cost efficiency, and strict adherence to industry standards and metrics.

Core Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management: Coordinate daily supply chain activities, including inventory tracking, demand planning, procurement oversight, and vendor follow-ups.
  • Compliance & Standards: Maintain comprehensive operational documentation and ensure all logistics and supply chain processes align with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Data Integrity & Analytics: Perform accurate data entry and maintenance in ERP/EDC platforms, leveraging data modeling and analytics to track KPIs (OTIF, lead times, inventory turnover).
  • Risk & Monitoring: Monitor inventory accuracy and supply disruptions, promptly escalating risks and bottlenecks to relevant stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Quality & Process Optimization: Author and maintain standard operational reports, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and internal/external process audits.
  • Liaison & Collaboration: Serve as a primary point of contact for external logistics partners, suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field (Required).
  • Experience: 0โ€“5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, procurement, or operations planning.
  • Technical Skills (Required):
  • Strong understanding of supply chain management principles and demand forecasting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
