We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to oversee all aspects of supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, transportation, and supplier performance. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective movement of materials and finished goods to support manufacturing, engineering, sales, and customer delivery requirements.
Responsibilities
  • Manage domestic and overseas suppliers and contract manufacturers
  • Oversee inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure on-time delivery performance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with freight carriers, transportation providers, and 3PL partners
  • Negotiate transportation, logistics, and supplier contracts to optimize service and cost
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to support production and customer demand while minimizing excess inventory
  • Coordinate material planning and procurement activities across manufacturing and project operations
  • Analyze supply chain data and develop KPI reporting related to inventory, transportation, supplier performance, and delivery metrics
  • Maintain traceability of materials and products throughout the supply chain lifecycle
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, cost reduction, and process optimization
  • Develop and maintain supply chain procedures in compliance with ISO 9000 and company quality standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Sales, Support, and Finance teams
  • Identify supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions
  • Support customer projects and site-specific material coordination as require
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, materials management, or manufacturing operations
  • Experience managing transportation, freight, and supplier relationships
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, procurement, logistics, and demand planning
  • Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, reporting, and data analysis
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification
  • Experience with ISO 9000 quality systems
  • Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
  • Manufacturing experience in:
    • Electronics
    • Sheet metal fabrication
    • Injection molding
    • Aluminum extrusion/casting
