  • Research ticket information and identify the root cause of shipping and inventory-related problems.
  • Identify potential fraudulent claims, carrier issues, warehouse errors, 3PL problems, and systemic issues.
  • Collaborate with third-party warehouses, carriers, Supply Chain, Customer Service, IT, and Fraud teams to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Review and validate information across multiple systems and data sources to determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Resolve an average of 80 tickets per day while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
  • Prioritize conflicting workloads and address issues based on customer impact and business priority.
  • Document investigation findings, actions taken, and final resolutions accurately.
  • Identify recurring issues and escalate systemic problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Support process improvements designed to reduce customer-impacting shipping and inventory issues.
  • Meet established service-level agreements (SLAs) and daily productivity requirements.
  • Work independently while actively collaborating with team members to achieve overall team goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and determine appropriate resolutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience using Slack or similar collaboration tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience investigating carrier delivery issues or shipment discrepancies.
  • Experience with inventory management or reconciliation.
  • Experience with fraud, claims, or customer-impact investigations.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Experience working with ticketing systems or high-volume case queues.
