Job Summary

Support SAP MRP implementation, testing, data readiness, and go-live stabilization activities.


Principle Accountabilities

  • Master Data Validation & Cleanup
  • Validate RM, PM, SFG, and FG master data.
  • Review MRP parameters such as lead times, safety stock, procurement type, and lot sizes.
  • Identify and track data quality issues.


BOM & Planning Data Verification

  • Verify BOM accuracy and approved material substitutions.
  • Validate component quantities, UOMs, and planning data.
  • Support correction tracking and closure.


MRP Testing Support

  • Execute MRP test scenarios.
  • Review for planned orders, purchase requisitions, process orders, and purchase orders.
  • Document test results, issues, and resolutions.


Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain go-live readiness trackers and action logs.
  • Prepare daily status reports and KPI updates.
  • Assist with inventory, forecast, and supply-demand analysis.


Post Go-Live Support

  • Support cutover activities and data migration validation.
  • Monitor MRP exception messages and transaction errors.
  • Assist planners, buyers, and production teams during post go-live for data updates.


Documentation & Training

  • Develop SOPs, user guides, and quick reference materials.
  • Document lessons learned and frequently asked questions.
