Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Supply Chain Administrator to support daily supply chain, inventory, and operational activities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with data, and can effectively collaborate across multiple departments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate information flow, administrative support, and timely execution of supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update supply chain data, records, and reports

  • Perform accurate data entry and documentation management

  • Support inventory, purchasing, logistics, and administrative functions

  • Monitor and track orders, shipments, and supply chain activities

  • Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely resolution of issues

  • Generate, analyze, and distribute reports using Microsoft Excel and other business systems

  • Assist with process improvements and implementation of best practices

  • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support operational goals

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

QualificationsRequired Skills
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams

Pay Details: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour
