Job description

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supply Chain Business Process Analyst. This is an on-site position Monday -Friday 8:00am-5:00pm at our Eaton location in El Paso, TX (Helen of Troy). The Supply Chain Business Process Analyst is responsible for driving digital processes, standardization and continuous improvement across the supply chain organization.

This role serves as the bridge between supply chain operations, IT and business leadership by optimizing ERP utilization, developing Power BI dashboards, automating reporting and information flows, and improving data governance. Focuses on eliminating manual work, increasing data visibility, improving decision-making through analytics and ensuring supply chain processes are scalable, and aligned with business objectives. The expected annual salary range for this role is $71000 - $105000 a year.

This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

What you'll do: Lead digital processes initiatives within the supply chain organization. Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and executive KPI scorecards. Automate recurring reports and manual data collection processes using Power BI, Power Automate, Excel, SQL and other digital tools.

Identify opportunities to eliminate non-value added activities through automation and processes redesign. Work along the supply chain key user and digitalization team to ensure system governance, master data integrity and best practices. Support ERP upgrades, implementations, testing and deployment of new functionalities.

Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and recommend sustainable improvements. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to implement digital solutions that improve operational efficiency. Qualifications: Basic REQUIRED Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 1 (one) year of experience in procurement (forecast analysis, demand analysis, PO process, materials, inventory) within a manufacturing / industrial setting. No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of El Paso, TX will be considered.
