We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst interested in a career with a top ranked and growing snack company, to join our Supply Chain business at PIM's Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey. This position will report to our Supply Chain Planning Manager.
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for providing data driven insights, procurement analytics, and operational reporting to support the Procurement and Supply Chain Planning functions in our Supply Chain department. This role is critical in shaping our procurement efficiency, vendor performance management, and supply continuity strategy within the Supply Chain department. The Supply Chain Analyst will serve as a business partner to the Procurement, Planning, and Operations organization, offering actionable analysis, performance reporting, and strategic recommendations. This role will lead procurement analytics and reporting, overseeing and guiding the development of dashboards, KPI scorecards, inventory health reporting, and vendor performance insights that support data driven decision making.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement Planning & Execution
  • Review and maintain Material Requirements Planning (MRP) outputs to ensure accurate purchase orders and timely replenishment.
  • Analyze inventory levels, demand forecasts, and production schedules to determine procurement requirements and issue purchase orders.
  • Conduct runout analyses and maintain dashboards for procurement KPIs, inventory health, and vendor performance.

Vendor & Copacker Management
  • Manage co packer relationships to ensure timely production and adherence to capacity plans.
  • Monitor vendor performance on service levels, compliance, delivery accuracy, and product quality; recommend corrective actions when needed.

Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Evaluate supply chain data to identify risks, cost saving opportunities, and process improvements.
  • Prepare and present actionable insights and reports on procurement KPIs, inventory trends, and capacity utilization to leadership.

Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with planning, operations, and suppliers to resolve material constraints and expedite deliveries when needed.
  • Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on material priorities and risk mitigation.

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or vendor management is preferred (CPG, food, or beverage industry).
  • Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights and communicate findings effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience with copacker/vendor management in food, beverage, or CPG industries, is preferred.
  • Exposure to capacity planning or production scheduling, is preferred.

  • The PIM Brands Global Headquarters in Park Ridge, New Jersey
  • The role requires working on site: Monday thru Friday. Work remotely once per month on a Friday.
  • Summer Fridays between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend
