Supply Chain Administrator

Reports To: Corporate Director of Supply Chain

Job Type: Full-time

Are you highly organized, detail-driven, and ready to play an important role in keeping supply chain operations running smoothly? JAG Mobile Solutions is looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to support inventory control, purchasing, receiving, reporting, and cross-functional supply chain initiatives across multiple facilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Prepare and distribute weekly and monthly supply chain reports, KPI scorecards, dashboards, and performance updates.
  • Coordinate departmental meetings, agendas, action item tracking, follow-up activities, and project timelines.
  • Support inventory control initiatives by tracking cycle count performance, inventory accuracy metrics, corrective actions, and related documentation.
  • Maintain supply chain procedures, reporting files, records, and documentation to support accurate and efficient operations.
  • Assist with data collection and analysis for operational improvement projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support purchasing and supplier management activities, including report generation, supplier commitment tracking, and communication follow-up.
  • Coordinate communication between company facilities and corporate supply chain leadership.
  • Create and maintain presentations for leadership reviews, business updates, and supply chain initiatives.
  • Maintain records and dashboards related to inventory, purchasing, transportation, receiving, and customer service performance.

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous administrative, coordinator, office support, customer service, or supply chain support experience preferred.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational, communication, time management, and follow-through skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work professionally with team members, facility leaders, suppliers, and corporate leadership.
