Role Overview :
The Delivery Lead – Strategic Supplier Program is a versatile delivery resource deployed into shifting workstreams to provide hands-on execution support and resolve delivery bottlenecks. This role rotates across initiatives based on evolving program priorities, ensuring critical components are delivered on time within a large enterprise technology environment. The Delivery Lead plays a key role in maintaining operational excellence and preventing stalls in high-priority initiatives.
Key Responsibilities -
  • Integrate seamlessly into different workstreams to provide immediate execution support.
  • Oversee end-to-end delivery of specific project components within assigned workstreams.
  • Adapt quickly to new project environments, team structures, and business goals.
  • Partner with product owners and engineering teams to align delivery with program strategy.
  • Identify project blockers and resource constraints, and implement effective solutions.
  • Apply best practices to streamline workflows and improve delivery predictability.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure workstream objectives are met.
  • Report progress, risks, and issues to program delivery leadership.
Required Qualifications -
  • 10+ years of experience in project management or delivery leadership roles.
  • Exceptional adaptability and the ability to pivot between projects with varying scopes.

  • Demonstrated ability to assess project health and execute recovery plans.
