What does a supervisor project manager do?

A Supervisor Project Manager often needs to strike a balance between overseeing project teams and directly managing project deliverables. While they provide guidance and resolve issues for their team, they are also responsible for tracking project progress, managing budgets, and ensuring timelines are met. Effective time management and strong leadership skills are essential to handle both supervisory and project management responsibilities efficiently.
