Housekeeping Supervisor Residence Inn by Marriott - Avondale, AZ  Join our Team! We are looking for a dependable, positive, and hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to join our friendly team at Residence Inn by Marriott in Avondale.We take pride in creating a welcoming, respectful, and team-oriented work environment where everyone works together to provide our guests with a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.What you'll do:Supervise and support the housekeeping team each day.Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.Assign rooms and monitor daily housekeeping progress.Train, coach, and encourage team members.Maintain housekeeping supplies and inventory.Address guest requests and housekeeping concerns.Work closely with the front Desk and Maintenance teamsLead by example and help create a positive team culture.Schedule:Must have a flexible schedule Weekend availability is required, including some weekend as needed.Must be willing to adjust your schedule based on hotel occupancy What we're looking for:We're looking for someone who is reliable, organized, friendly, and take pride in their work.
