Position Summary:

The Civil Team Foreman provides support for the Civil Construction Crew that they are in charge of overseeing. They also serve as a Liaison for clients. They must deal with day to day issues and find suitable solutions under difficult circumstances. They must have an excellent command of decision-making and problem-solving techniques and are able to apply them appropriately.ย  The Civil Team Foreman's job includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment with respect to matters of significance for the Company.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervises crew directly.
  • Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
  • Provides day to day direct support to their crew(s).
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Schedules projects effectively.
  • Follows up on questions or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Presents a professional image at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Executive Management Team.
  • Train and Instruct.
  • Create open communication channels with their team.
