The Superintendent is responsible for:

  • All field operations, including safety, quality and proper coordination of all work at the jobsite.
  • You will be responsible for all field activities associated with the project, including ultimate responsibility for implementation of the safety program for the job site, supervision of all field construction work by subcontractors and self-performed work.
  • You will share responsibility with the Project Manager for developing the project schedule, and ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures.
  • You will manage and mentor Assistant Superintendents and other field personnel.

  • Ability to read plans and specs
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be willing and able to travel fill time
