Job description

POSITION SUMMARY
Super Landscape & Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Day Porter / Grounds Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of assigned properties. This position plays a critical role in ensuring outdoor and common areas remain clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, maintains strong attention to detail, and understands that property appearance directly reflects our company's standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Pick up palm debris, bunches, sticks, and other natural waste from landscaped areas
• Blow leaves from sidewalks, parking areas, and common spaces
• Collect and dispose of cigarette butts, bandages, paper, cups, napkins, and other litter left on the property
• Transport trash to designated dumpsters
• Remove gum from floors and walkways using a spatula or appropriate tool
• Maintain clean and presentable exterior areas throughout the day
• Identify and report any unsafe conditions or maintenance concerns to supervisor
• Support field crews as needed to maintain overall property standards
REQUIREMENTS
• Ability to work outdoors in South Florida weather conditions
• Ability to lift, carry, and move moderate loads
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable and punctual
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Prior porter, maintenance, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
