Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join our growing orthopedic team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with orthopedic surgeons to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across clinic and surgical settings. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive, team-oriented environment and make a meaningful impact in a high-demand specialty.

Job Responsibilities

Perform patient evaluations, including history and physical exams
Diagnose and manage orthopedic conditions and injuries
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Order and interpret imaging and diagnostic studies
Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, procedures, and recovery
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR
Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Education:
Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program
Licensure & Certification:
Current or eligible Arizona Physician Assistant license
NCCPA Certification Required
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Experience Preferred
