BNC National Bank is seeking a motivated and customer-focused PT Personal Banker to join our Bismarck Sunrise, ND branch. Weโ€™re looking for someone who values stability, strives for excellence in customer service, and is eager to deepen their knowledge of banking services and solutions.

As a Personal Banker, youโ€™ll serve as a key point of contact for our customersโ€”handling day-to-day transactions, opening new accounts, and identifying opportunities to match customer needs with our financial products. Youโ€™ll also be an integral part of the branch team, contributing to its overall operational success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately perform teller transactions for both consumer and commercial accounts
  • Open and close a variety of account types, including checking, savings, overdraft protection (ODP), certificates of deposit (CDs), and retirement accounts
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through active listening and personalized service
  • Develop and apply a solid understanding of BNCโ€™s financial products and services
  • Recommend appropriate banking solutions based on individual and business customer needs
  • Assist with daily branch operations, compliance, documentation, and reporting
  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment focused on delivering excellent customer experiences
