Our wholesale operations supply branded and unbranded fuel to 300+ locations across New England and New York. POSITION TITLE: Manager, HVAC / Refrigeration

LOCATION: Hopkinton, MA and Southeast U.S.

DESCRIPTION:

Nouria Energy is a fast pace, fast growing retail and wholesale petroleum company operating 200+ locations from Maine into Connecticut with a corporate office located in Worcester, MA. We are seeking a motivated HVAC / Refrigeration Manager who can work autonomously and ensure HVAC / Refrigeration systems throughout the company network stays maintained. If you are licensed in HVAC / Refrigeration and enjoy a fast-paced and challenging environment, then come grow with us.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Oversees and manages all HVAC / Refrigeration for the entire company
  • Responsible for ordering parts and managing inventory
  • Assign & Follow-up on work orders in the maintenance tracking system
  • Oversees / manages / routes in house HVAC/R technicians
  • Oversee third-party service technicians, negotiating vendor rates, invoice approvals
  • Compiling list of HVAC / Refrigeration equipment and recommended replacement
  • Participates in training classes to maintain license
  • Review HVAC/R plans for remodels & new builds
  • Manage HVAC/R budget
  • Keep in-house technicians training programs current and to date
  • Develop SOP documents
  • Maintain equipment asset tags
  • Set up preferred vendors and sites to order from
  • Create database of equipment and maintain list

REQUIREMENTS

  • Licensed in HVAC / Refrigeration
  • 5+ Years field experience in HVAC / Refrigeration
  • Ability to work 40+ hours a week, with travel required
  • Valid driver's license & good driving record
  • Proficient skill level with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Rotating on-call schedule for after hour emergencies
