Indiana Carton Company, located in Bremen, Indiana, was founded in 1933 and is a mid-sized family-owned and operated food packaging company that designs and manufactures sustainable paper-based folding cartons for local, regional, and national Supermarkets/Grocery store chains.

We are looking for long-term quality-minded employees who appreciate a clean work environment and believe in teamwork. WEEKEND Shift General Quality Associate is an entry-level position requiring excellent attendance, significant handwork, and long periods of standing while monitoring quality.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing quality audits
  • Feeding cartons into finishing equipment
  • Packing finished cartons into master cases
  • Adhering to Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Completion of housekeeping tasks
  • Operating a hand truck
  • Lifting up to 25 lbs repeatedly
