Job description

Salary Range: $125,000 - $145,000 Annually Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of maintenance experience in pipefitting/welding and mechanical repair of refinery/industrial process equipment
  • Experience in refinery or chemical processing environments, including design and/or repair of process equipment
  • High school diploma or GED as well as Trade School and/or apprenticeship covering multiple welding processes (SMAW & GTAW), isometrics, ASME codes, Rigging/Lifting and QA/QC fundamentals
  • Strong technical skills, including advanced knowledge of maintenance practices, planning/scheduling and working knowledge of SAP, Prometheus, and Primavera
  • Well-developed leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently, drive continuous improvement, and collaborate across diverse teams
  • Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.A.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, supervise, and support the Pipefitter/Welder crew in executing daily maintenance tasks
  • Partner with Operations to set work priorities, address equipment concerns, and support safe, reliable production
  • Apply maintenance work processes as outlined in OEMS to ensure consistent execution and results
  • Act as a key member of the Maintenance Department, contributing to strategy, planning, and problem-solving
  • Ensure training programs are in place to develop and maintain required trade skills and safety performance
  • Use maintenance expertise to identify root causes of failures and drive continuous improvement
  • Fully utilize SAP and other maintenance systems to support planning, scheduling, execution, and reporting
  • Collaborate with Reliability and Engineering to address equipment performance issues and long-term risks
  • Promote strong customer service, accountability, and ownership while fostering a safe, professional work environment aligned with organizational values and expectations

Location and Key Details: You will work out of our Commerce City refinery, located at 5801 Brighton Blvd. This is a safety sensitive position
