What You'll Do:

As a receptionist, you will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere within our facility by acting as the first point of contact for all residents, families, and visitors. This entry-level position also offers a fantastic opportunity to earn while you learn more about long-term care and its many career opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, residents, and families with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently
  • Receives inquires and releases information in accordance with established policies and procedures
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and resident activities
  • Receives newspapers, mail, and gifts for residents
