Description
Provide guests and team members with clean and sanitized utensils, dishes, glassware, equipment and facilities. Set up dish machine in the AM and close down in the PM according to proper procedures. Operate dish machine to company and manufacturer specifications. Use proper measurements of detergent and sanitizer in the dish machine. Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine. Trouble shoot dishwasher malfunctions. Wash plates, glassware, utensils, pots and pans adhering to sanitation and cleaning procedures. Keeps the kitchen clean by sweeping/mopping floors and emptying trash.
Position Requirements
Candidates must be able to communicate in a professional manner. Requires the ability to work organized and within a team environment. Requires the following valid documentation: ServeSafe certification. Applicants must be 18 years of age or above.
