Over time, this role will have opportunities to improve and manage more complex internal programs end-to-end. The position is central to maintaining a positive, consistent, community connected employee experience across the company. As the organization continues to grow, this role may also expand to include broader coordination responsibilities such as interview support or company meeting logistics. Duties & Responsibilities:Employee Engagement & RecognitionSupport company-wide engagement and recognition programs that reinforce Summit 7's culture.Coordinate employee touchpoints tied to life events, milestones, and celebrations.Partner with internal teams to deliver consistent, high-quality welcome and recognition experiences.New Hire Experience Support (Culture & Engagement)Collaborate with HR to deliver culture-focused elements of the new hire experience. Welcome new employees and help them connect to Summit 7's values and community.Community Engagement & Volunteer ProgramsCoordinate volunteer activities, communications, and partnerships with local organizations, along with the internal employee engagement connected to these programs.Facilitate employee involvement in community initiatives and identify opportunities to enhance the program.Culture, Internal Programs & Cross Functional CollaborationSupport internal culture initiatives and represent Summit 7 positively across employee and community settings.Partner with Marketing to align program communication with brand and cultural standards.Assist with company programs and events that promote alignment, recognition, and employee connection.Coordinate the annual awards program, including communication, logistics, and preparation.Program CoordinationMaintain clear documentation and standards for internal programs.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve employee experience.Required:3-5 years of experience in engagement or program coordination roles.Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Polished, approachable, and professional communication.Highly organized with reliable follow-through and attention to detail.Able to manage multiple programs and priorities effectively.Service minded, proactive, collaborative; confident representing the company internally and externally.HR minded approach: comfortable partnering with HR, supporting employee-focused initiatives, and handling confidential information with discretion.
