• Supervise clinical care for patients with various mental health needs with confidence and expertise.
• Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions, customizing approaches based on patients' specific goals and circumstances.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, document treatment logs, and provide personalized progress updates.
• Manage a diverse caseload, adapting therapeutic strategies to effectively address each patient’s unique psychological challenges.
• Utilize advanced assessment skills to collaborate with patients and their families in developing successful resolution strategies.
• Provide education and support through tailored programs that empower patients and their families.
• Conduct routine evaluations to monitor patient development and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating professionalism and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Refer clients to specialized professionals as needed to ensure a holistic approach to mental health.

Our clinic serves a diverse population with varying mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. You will be working with clients of all ages, providing a spectrum of therapeutic support that encompasses individual therapy, family counseling, and group sessions. Our commitment to accessibility means that we also engage with clients who may face additional barriers to care due to distance, mobility issues, or resource limitations.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
• Licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandated.
• Demonstrated knowledge of various therapeutic methodologies and interventions.

• A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Previous involvement in community health initiatives or programs is highly valued.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote counseling procedures is advantageous.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 135,000 per year.
