Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, results-driven sales professional to join our growing team and build a successful career in Inside Sales. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding an assigned portfolio of existing customers through proactive phone outreach and virtual meetings. You will utilize our structured campaign process to identify customer needs, foster relationships, and consistently achieve weekly sales goals and quotas.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the features and benefits of our products and services.
  • Call Management & Sales Documentation: Ability to handle a high volume of calls, maintain and update accurate records of all sales activities, customer interactions, and internal team progress in our sales CRM system.
  • Proposal Preparation: Prepare quotes, proposals, and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional sales to meet their evolving needs.
  • Closing Skills: The ability to confidently and effectively close sales on the spot after presenting solutions and adding value. This includes assessing customer needs, addressing objections, and leveraging product knowledge to drive the final decision, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales pitch to a signed deal.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Ability to engage customers clearly, persuasively, and actively listen to understand.
  • Problem-solving abilities: Quick thinking and practical solutions during customer interactions.
  • Adaptability & Flexibility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing customer information and tracking sales activities.

Skills/Qualifications
Required:
  • High School Diploma/GED,
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet

Preferred:
• Prior Sales Experience (1+ year), preferably in a similar role.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
