Requirements:


Drive Growth & Strategies

  • Lead company-wide sales and business development strategy

Build & Lead High-Performance Teams

  • Recruit, develop, and lead sales and BD leaders across regions
  • Establish team structure, quotas, incentives, and performance metrics
  • Create scalable systems, processes, and reporting through CRM tool

Own Key Relationships

  • Build and maintain relationships with strategic clients and partners
  • Lead negotiations and close high-value deals

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B/B2C sales leadership experience

  • Strong experience in Water and Fire Restoration Services (preferred)
  • Restoration industry experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building teams
  • Expertise in sales strategy, forecasting, and CRM systems
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
