Posting Number: Stu001845 Posting Type: Student - Open to All Current ONU Students Job Title: Summer Student Employment - Arts & Sciences Dean's Office Assistant Position Type: Student Department: College of Arts & Sciences Job Summary:
General student worker/clerical worker opportunity available. Up to approximately 126 available hours to cover office lunches (typically 2 hours daily) and summer freshman orientations and CCP orientation.
Principal Responsibilities
- Provide customer service
- Assist customers in an effective and efficient manner
- Assist department admin with clerical/basic office duties including but limited to:
filing, copying, answering telephones, scheduling, scanning, shredding, placing orders, cleaning and sorting.
- Provide office/front desk coverage when needed
- Assist with summer orientations
- Follow all department policies and procedures
- Ability to address questions or concerns from faculty, staff, or campus visitors
- Come to work as scheduled by supervisor
- Follow department/office policies and procedures
- Assist with miscellaneous work/projects as instructed
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be enrolled as an ONU student
- Good academic standing
